Do I have to pay a fee for membership?
Yes, there is a $500 initiation fee and a $500 annual  membership fee.   

How do I qualify to be a member of C V Management?
Our existing members  provide a name to the membership committee. This person is examined closely as to their location, personality, ability to get along in a team player system and office income.  We ask our incoming members to prove gross income of $800,000 or more per year. The committee recommends successful candidates to the general membership where a vote is taken. 

Why does C V Management require members to have such a high gross income?
By being more selective, we can create a stronger buying power that can benefit all CV members by obtaining the lowest discount price on all products and supplies.

What type of discount benefits will a member receive?
Substantial discounts are available to members on Frames, Lenses, Contact Lenses, Lab Equipment and more.
